Integrative Massage

Massages can be enjoyed in 60-, 90-, and 120-minute sessions. After a thorough consultation with your massage therapist, you can select the best combination of the following massage modalities to help you meet your goals.

Neuromuscular Massage

Neuromuscular massage releases trigger points bringing instant relief. This is a true clinical massage, sometimes with deeper pressure. This is great for correcting soft tissue injury, back pain, poor posture or nerve compression.

Myofascial Release Massage

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

Swedish Massage

A classic massage therapy using a blend of five techniques: effleurage (gliding strokes over the skin), petrissage (kneading and squeezing), tapotement (drumming), friction (circular motion to work the muscle fibers), and vibration (rhythmic shaking).

Speciality Massage

Asian Cupping Massage

Cupping massage, rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, uses suction and negative pressure, rather than deep tissue compression. Cupping therapy releases rigid soft tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins, loosens adhesions and lifts connective tissue, and brings blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles

Prenatal Massage*

Prenatal massage is a safe and effective way to reduce stress due to pregnancy. Massage helps to alleviate pains women often feel during pregnancy such as backaches, stiffness, headaches, edema (swelling) and leg cramps. To ensure your health and safety, prenatal massage is only available during your second or third trimester.

Postpartum Massage*

Pregnancy and childbirth place a great deal of stress on the body, both physically via postural changes, and emotionally. Postpartum massage provides nurturing support as a client adjusts to life with her new baby.

Hot Stones

Warm basalt stone massage using luxurious, refined coconut oil. This 60- or 90- minute routine incorporates the use of hydrotherapy and thermal therapy to enhance the skilled hand techniques of the therapist. This is the perfect treatment for athletes and people with dry skin!
