“Ayurveda teaches us to cherish our innate nature–‘to love and honor who we are’, not as what people think or tell us who we should be.”

—Prana Gogia

Dana Gunter has been practicing massage therapy and bodywork for 12 years. Her philosophy on massage and bodywork is that everyone needs it, regardless of stress levels, financial standing, or physical condition. Gone are the days of thinking of it as a luxury—therapeutic touch is an essential piece of the mind-body connection from which everyone can benefit.

While Dana is certified in an array of massage and body work therapy, she specializes in Ayurvedic massage. Working with Ayurveda is different because it encompasses more than just the physical body; it looks into balancing everything about you. Ayurvedic massage includes using the skin to absorb the all-natural products, massaging techniques, and knowing how to address the issues on many layers.

Dana graduated from the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts in 2003. She worked at an Ayurvedic spa before going on to directing a certification program at Tarrant County College. Dana recently relocated from Fort Worth, Texas, to the Atlanta area to be with her family again.
