Eating your largest meal at lunch is best according to Ayurveda. When the gastric fire ,”agni”,  is strongest between  12-1pm that is the time to consume a meal that you would normally eat for dinner .  This not only supports the body’s digestive process but is key in weight loss .

Remember to chew your food till it is mush before you swallow as undigested particles of food cause inflammation. So  try to slow down, eat mindfully and with joy! Your food nourishes you and sustains you.. it is sacred.
