So what is Ayurveda?
A 5000-year-old preventative and integrative healing system of medicine focusing on the mind-body connection. Ayurveda, meaning “science or knowledge of life”, views health as much more than the absence of disease. From an Ayurvedic perspective, health includes feeling content, joyous, bright and tranquil.
