  • Social Media Manager

    Job Details:

    Are you a rockstar social media manager with experience increasing engagement on Facebook and Instagram? Do you live on social media 24/7 and wouldn’t dream of being out of touch for more than a few hours? Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Are you passionate about women's health and female empowerment? Well, you may be the social media manager we are looking for!

    Responsibilities include:

    • Social media management - creating content, posting, engagement
    • Planning social content schedule
    • Write and edit edit social media posts, ensuring accuracy
    • Optimize social storytelling across platforms
    • Communicating regularly with the marketing team on the current strategy for social media
    • Report to digital marketing director
    • Caring oversight of our social media communities
    • Conduct relevant research and social listening
    • Report back on audience and analytics
    • Create appealing and trendy graphics for social media postings
    • Editing iPhone shot videos for social media

    Requirements include:

    • Live in Atlanta, GA area
    • Active presence in social media platforms with prior experience in content creation; specifically Facebook and Instagram
    • 1 year social media management preferred, experience with a media personality a bonus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
    • Comfortable working with Google Docs, spreadsheets
    • Basic PR knowledge or interest
    • Interest in health/wellness
    • Great eye for Instagram aesthetics and design

    Hours

    This position starts as part-time freelance for 25 hours per week, but we are looking for someone who wants to be full time and expect the hours to grow rapidly. You should be available to work flexible hours between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern.

  • HR Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator (Full Time)

    Job Details:

    • M and T: This role will perform PCC duties needed at the Spa front desk. This individual will be responsible for checking in and out patients, scheduling them and general front desk tasks.
    • W – F: This individual will mainly work on Human Resources tasks include posting new jobs, reviewing resumes, phone screening, scheduling interviews, running background checks, providing new hires with initial paperwork, sending benefits to new hires, entering information into the payroll system, helping to track PTO, keeping employee files organized and other misc tasks.

  • Licensed Esthetician

    The Opportunity:

    Job Purpose:

    Provides specialized skin care treatments including facials, waxing and neck and shoulder massages.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Visit the medical center weekly to see patients
    • Greet customers upon arrival
    • Ability to learn and educate yourself on all of products and services to sell them to the clients
    • Ability to consult customers with troublesome skin
    • Perform facials (hydro-facials, organic facials, microneedling) and other skin care services including different types of massage (Swedish, Pre-Natal, Asian Cupping, Hot Stones, Reflexology) and waxing
    • Be able to see all ages of patients from young children to older adults

    Qualifications Required

    • Licensed Esthetician in the State of Georgia
    • 2 years of experience
    • Holistic and integrative experience preferred

    Working Conditions:

    • Available Tuesdays, Wednesday afternoon/evening, some Saturdays (1.5 Saturday shifts per month)

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

    Job Purpose:

    Under the direction of the Medical Director, the Certified Medical Assistant helps patients by providing clinical and business office assistance in our office.

    Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

    • Welcomes patients by greeting them in person
    • Prepares patients for the health care visit by accompanying them to the examining room; providing examination gowns and drapes; helping them to position themselves for the examination and/or treatment; arranging examining room instruments, supplies, and equipment.
    • Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; reviewing and/or recording medical history; taking vital signs; confirming purpose of visit or treatment
    • Supports patient care delivery by helping health care providers during examinations; preparing laboratory specimens; performing basic laboratory tests on the premises; disposing of contaminated supplies; sterilizing medical instruments; administering medications on the premises; authorizing drug refills as directed; telephoning prescriptions to pharmacies; drawing blood; and administering IV’s.
    • Educates patients by providing medication and diet information and instructions; answering questions.
    • Completes records by recording patient examination, treatment, and test results.
    • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
