Class details:
Location: The Deck at CentreSpring MD
35 minute classes
Saturdays at 8:00AM & 9:00AM
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15AM
Tuesday and Thursday Evenings at 5:30PM & 6:30PM

Classes will focus on:
✓Cardio, strength, flexibility, and endurance
✓Working all major muscle groups
✓Functional exercises
✓Kettle bells
✓Medicine balls
✓Resistance bands

About your Instructor:

Sebastian Rodrigo holds a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Georgia, and completed research labs for biomechanics and exercise physiology. He studied exercise and diabetes, as well completed his integrative cardiovascular research practicum at UGA. He led workout classes for the UGA kinesiology gym and was a personal training director at LA Fitness.

Sebastian is a 2 year collegiate rower, and a high intensity interval circuit training enthusiast!
