What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral therapy is a light touch technique designed to assist the body in self-correction by monitoring and palpating the flow of the cerebral spinal fluid.
What made you become a CranioSacral Therapist?
I became a CranioSacral Therapist because I received the work and benefited greatly. My lower back pain went away in a seemingly effortless way. I became curious about how CranioSacral Therapy could help others. It became a way of helping me get to the root causes of body pains instead of chasing symptoms.
Who can benefit from this type of therapy?
This gentle yet powerful form of therapy is ideal in alleviating symptoms of injury or disease whether they are recent or old. The results are a sense of well-being and increased awareness as well as physical relief and comfort.

Your body has an amazing ability to heal itself! Through the use of less intrusive processes, a woman is able to tune into the deep mystery within herself. Through this process she is able to become empowered in herself, and her awareness and understanding of her body.
What do you want to accomplish through patient care at the Centre?
I would love to help the patients at the Centre have access to an amazing modality of healing through gentle touch.
How do you spend your time outside of work?
I spend my time outside of work raising my son, working in the garden, cooking and reading great books.
