The 21-Day Belly Fix group classes will be held Thursdays from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m. at The Atlanta Center for Holistic & Integrative Medicine. Your first class will be a prep class with the 21-day program starting the following Monday, giving you the weekend to plan and prepare.
