This comprehensive visit includes:

• A thorough Medical History and Physical Exam to assess your current health.
• 45 minutes to 1 Hour Appointment with your chosen provider
• A Holistic Hormone Balance Analysis, offering both natural and synthetic hormone balancing options
• Toxicity and Environmental Load Determination to assess the impact of environmental factors on your health
• In-office screening tool for premature osteopenia and osteoporosis to assess your Bone Health
• Cognitive Assessment designed to evaluate brain function, including memory, attention, reasoning, and executive functioning
• A Metabolic Health Assessment that gives you valuable insights into muscle mass, body fat, and stored fat. These are key factors that impact your brain, heart, hormones, and metabolism.
• Holistic Scan with cutting-edge frequency assessments to uncover emotional and energetic imbalances—helping you achieve deeper healing
• Inflammation Assessment and Imaging, that goes beyond standard testing to uncover hidden inflammation and autoimmune risk
• A Free Registered Dietitian/Health Coach assessment to review your diet and nutrition goals

Our Holistic Wellness and Integrative Primary Care visits are a new approach to your health and well-being. This appointment is an opportunity to meet your dedicated provider team, establish care, and gently dip your toes into the world of holistic health.

• A thorough Medical History and Physical Exam to assess your current health
• pH testing to determine acidity vs alkalinity in the body, which can be indications of inflammation

• Body fat analysis — InBody test to help you determine your body fat composition (not included in pediatric appointment)
