Ginny Streib is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Health and Wellness Coach who joined CentreSpring MD + Peds in late 2016 to further her passion for leading people to experience the fullness of life and live out their mission.

Ginny’s passion for nutrition came from playing sports growing up. She recognized that what she ate played a big part in how she performed. She wanted to perform her best, so thus began her journey into the world of nutrition. In college, she majored in Nutrition and Food Science at Auburn University, and went on to graduate from her internship at University of Alabama in Birmingham, where she became a Registered Dietitian. She is also certified in Sports Nutrition and Adult Weight Management, truly merging her passions for fitness and an individual’s relationship with food. She loves a good meal that creates a space for relationships to deepen and laughter to spread.

Her experience includes managing the Chick-fil-A Wellness Program where she developed and implemented wellness strategies and programs for the Chick-fil-A staff, operators, and their families, as well as developed the nutrition program for a bariatric surgery practice in North Georgia. She is currently in private practice and loves helping people transform their lives by taking care of themselves, body, mind, soul, and spirit.

Some of Ginny’s other passions include her husband, newborn daughter, running and yoga. To contact her about her services, and to follow her blog on nutrition and wellness visit www.virginiareddick.com.
