Ashley is a licensed massage therapist. She has over 12 years of experience. Before moving to Atlanta and joining the CentreSpring family, she worked in several different massage settings in Memphis including a chiropractor’s office, medical spa, and bodyworks studio. She also was a college instructor that taught Anatomy & Physiology for the Massage Therapy Program
Massage therapy was a second option for Ashley, after leaving college studying to be a Pharmacist. In doing so, she inadvertently discovered her passion. She is especially interested in the rehabilitation and pain relief aspect of massage. Throughout her career she has worked for: The Memphis Grizzlies, World Golf Championships- Fedex St. Jude Invitational, The U.S Navy 10-Miler, and she held a multi-year contract with the World Wrestling Entertainment Inc, where she provided pre and post-event massages and helped to facilitate muscle recovery. Helping patients to achieve relaxation, stress reduction, recovery, and or pain reduction is her ultimate goal. Cupping and Hot Stones are just a few massage modalities that she offers.
When Ashley is not helping patients at CentreSpring, she is working as a Licensed Esthetician. She enjoys shopping and traveling with her preteen daughter. Ashley loves watching The Food Network channel and recreating recipes.
